Henan Nayu New Materials Co., Ltd. is a China-based specialty chemical manufacturer focused on bio-based isocyanates and advanced polyurethane raw materials.

Our current flagship product is DDI (dimer acid diisocyanate, CAS 68239-06-5), a bio-based, non-yellowing diisocyanate for polyurethane coatings, adhesives, elastomers and polyurethane prepolymers.

DDI Product Focus

DDI is supplied as a yellow transparent oily liquid. The current reference profile includes a relative molecular mass of approximately 600, NCO content of 13.6-15%, viscosity below 150 mPa.s at 20 C, density of 0.924 g/cm3, hydrolyzable chlorine no more than 0.05%, moisture no more than 0.1%, and a flash point of 296 C.

Formulators should confirm the applicable specification, test method and batch documentation for their intended application before production adoption.

Our production facility spans 5,000 square meters, equipped with dedicated synthesis reactors, distillation units, and analytical laboratories for specialty isocyanate manufacturing. Current production capacity supports pilot-scale to commercial batches of DDI (dimer diisocyanate, CAS 68239-06-5) with strict batch quality control and REACH-compliant documentation. We enforce rigorous quality management protocols including in-process testing, final product certification (COA), and full traceability for every batch shipped.
