Henan Nayu New Materials Co., Ltd. is a China-based specialty chemical manufacturer specializing in bio-based isocyanates and advanced polyurethane raw materials. Our core product portfolio centers on DDI (dimer diisocyanate, CAS 68239-06-5), a bio-based aliphatic diisocyanate engineered for high-performance polyurethane coatings, adhesives, and elastomers.

With REACH registration in the European Union and comprehensive technical documentation including TDS, COA, MSDS, and SDS, we support formulators and industrial buyers across Europe and Asia. DDI offers distinct advantages over conventional petroleum-derived isocyanates: superior UV stability, excellent weathering resistance (QUV-B 2000+ hours), low viscosity (170 mPa·s), and a low glass-transition temperature (~ -198°C) enabling flexible, crack-resistant films.

In addition to our isocyanate business, our R&D team maintains active research in hydrogen-based energy materials, including α-aluminium hydride, a next-generation solid hydrogen storage material.

Our production facility spans 5,000 square meters, equipped with dedicated synthesis reactors, distillation units, and analytical laboratories for specialty isocyanate manufacturing. Current production capacity supports pilot-scale to commercial batches of DDI (dimer diisocyanate, CAS 68239-06-5) with strict batch quality control and REACH-compliant documentation. We enforce rigorous quality management protocols including in-process testing, final product certification (COA), and full traceability for every batch shipped.
